Founder, Castillo Construction & Management, LLC
John has spent over 20 years in the construction industry. He's worked across every phase of residential builds, from ground-up framing to finish work, and has built a network of reliable subcontractors throughout the Greater Albuquerque area.
He started Castillo Construction & Management because he kept seeing the same problem: homeowners who wanted a custom home but had no way to manage the process themselves. General contractors were either too expensive, too slow, or too hard to get on the phone. John's approach cuts through that. One person managing your entire build, with 20 years of industry knowledge behind every decision.

Building a custom home means coordinating dozens of moving pieces. Permits with the city. Foundation crews, framers, electricians, plumbers, roofers, finish carpenters. All on a timeline that actually makes sense. Most homeowners don't have the time or the industry contacts to manage all of that. That's where we come in.
John Castillo runs every project personally. He's your single point of contact from the first site meeting through final walkthrough. He coordinates the subcontractors, manages the schedule, handles inspections, and keeps the budget on track.
